This week, Jess Ninaber preached a powerful Palm Sunday message as we step into Holy Week. As Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, the crowds shouted “Hosanna!”—praising and pleading for salvation. They expected a conquering king, but Jesus came in peace, fulfilling prophecy and revealing a different kind of Kingdom. There’s a tension between expectation and reality—and we often miss Jesus when He doesn’t show up the way we imagined. May we be a people who recognize our King and carry His presence, even in unexpected ways.
