On our first episode, we start with what on the surface seems like a pretty simple question – what is a cluster? On first blush, clusters seem pretty basic and easy to understand. But as we’ll see, there’s a lot more to clusters than meets the eye. Clusters and Competitiveness is produced by the Institute for Competitiveness & Prosperity, a Canadian think tank based in Toronto. Through our conversations with those who work with and within clusters, we’ll talk about what clusters can and can’t do.
