Brett Hill, from Pingelly, member of Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute joins the show to talk about the Maaman leadership program, MAAMAN DJENNA KOORL. The program has been developed collectively with local Elders and Men from Community to provide attributes that an Aboriginal man should hold. The program incorporates group leadership models and follows effective practices. Cultural content is integrated throughout the course.
