Welcome back to today’s episode. I missed posting an episode last week and I’m deeply sorry for that. My world got a little shaken up and I just couldn’t but I’m back. We’ve been undergoing a series. Today’s episode is on how adopting a growth mindset can help you on your healing Journey through grief. Typically this podcast is about grief from the loss of a loved one to death but I’m going through my own grief journey right now of losing the love of my life to himself and his choice to walk away. Due to that and the real feelings I’m experiencing right now, I hope to be able to speak to you all in a more personal way without making it about me and wallowing in the grief—more of the understanding I’m currently having.
