Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I've heard from many of you in 2024 and it seems like it has been quite a year already. There have been many shifts, plus facing new challenges as we resolve old ones.

How do we rise up to face difficulties with more ease? And how do we do that over and over again? Because you’re nver one and done. It’s like a video game, once you pass one level, there always seems to be another. Those ups and downs are part of the nature of life, like the seasons. This is a topic I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about, looking at it from many angles.

I thought about it hard when my dad passed. If I died would I have regrets? What would I like to do in my life now? It was to be true to myself, to love more and express that more. I didn’t know what the future held. No one did. It was pandemic and so many people were transitioning. And everyone was otherwise stuck at home. The truth is we never know what the future holds.

So, I’ve cultivated a practice that I use for myself in order to do hard things with more ease. And I’d like to share that with you in this podcast.
