In this episode I welcome a Fit For Service Lighthouse Member Brian Bounds. Brian is the founder of Breathe Balance a company that focuses on creating Transformational Community and Retreats. Brian and I first met on a Fit For Service Group call that he was leading. I found out that he was in Austin and the next day we met for coffee. As we were sitting down connecting, I was starting to formulate my first course on morning routines and recalibrating the start of your day. A few hours later, we had come up with a full course and the following day we met to record this podcast. In this podcast we go deep on the importance of routine, sovereignty, the journey from the head to the heart, surrender, Fit For Service, the house of mirrors, living in your truth, highlining, and the morning routine. We both share our own components for routine, how discipline and structure leads to freedom, and we share more information about our course.
The course starts January 31st and will be a week long intensive with community, challenges, and the opportunity to recalibrate the way you start your day. It's going to be life changing.
My favorite quote from the podcast is "When the lion roars, it scares the sheep, and it welcomes the pride."
Thank you to all that have invested their hard earned money into me for Fit For Service this year. It's already changing my life and this conversation was created two weeks into the program! Special thanks this week to Levi Kearns, Ryan DeMarco, Chaz Dudley and Jeremiah Rodriguez for your donations!
