The Migration Museum explores how the movement of people to and from Britain across the ages has shaped who we are – as individuals, as communities, and as a nation. They are currently based in the heart of Lewisham Shopping Centre and have recently re-opened. As part of Refugee Week in June, Juan Rey-Torre from Lewisham Libraries spoke to Volunteer Coordinator and Executive Assistant Mona and Creative Producers Cym and Ghaf about the work of the Migration Museum, as well as sharing their own personal stories and book recommendations with us.
