In this episode, I have the complete honor to interview Dr. Areli K. Cuevas-Ocampo, MD. She is not only an MD. She also happens to be a Raw Vegan. Dr. Areli was born and raised in Mexico and at a very young age, she lost her mother to a battle with cancer. Dr. Areli, since, had a purpose to serve and help others. After 6 years of medical school in Mexico, she moved to the United States and was accepted to University of California, San Francisco. USCF. One of the most prestigious Medical Universities in the country. Here, she became proficient as a Neuro-Pathologist and is now serving in the UK. Dr. Areli, who became a vegetarian at a very young age, decided to eat cleaner and became fully vegan and later a Raw Vegan.
