After much controversy the NCAA's new system of rules with one in specific being dubbed the "Rich Paul Rule" called for any sports agent that was looking to represent a potential pro basketball player to have a mandatory four year bachelor's degree before being able to do so. Rich Paul of Klutch Sports, pens an awesome write up in 'The Atheltic' and the rule was reversed.
