40 episodes down and we are rounding out season 1!! So what better way to end it then to get to know your hosts a little better? At this point, we've spent some time together and we've gotten to know each other. We've talked about a wide variety of topics and their relations to herbalism and fitness. So for this episode, we delve a little deeper and share some experiences within our own lives. Maybe you will even notice how these experiences shaped the women we are today, professionally and personally.
