Dorian is very keen on find something that you're very passionate about, and looking where you can make an impact. At a young age, Dorian found passion with video games. With the industry being at its nascent stages and E-Sports very far into the future, Dorian found himself in love with game development.
Despite finding success early in video games, Dorian didn't rest on his laurels and found himself becoming very passionate with AI, and the potentially wonderful impact it could have for the future generation. He predicts that AI could either save the human race, or become the end of it. However, he is mostly positive and believes in human AI integration as the future that we should look forward to.
Dorian also shares how he believes in a more distributed form of leadership, as he has seen how power has corrupted people who had to wield it alone. Dorian confesses that he can never be one of the Elon Musk-types of the world, and prefers to share responsibilities to create a balance.

QUOTES
08:43 Dorian: "I needed to work on something that will have a positive impact on my daughter's life and genuinely in the generation to come. So I was not looking anymore for me as a sign of success of basically, making great games or having critical acclaim. For me, the sign of success is can I have a positive impact for future generations."
20:33 Dorian: "The point I'm making is it's absolutely not futuristic and infeasible that within a few decades from now, we'll have a computer that far exceeds our computing abilities mixed with a computer that starts to learn in a very similar way to humans."
20:56 Dorian: "It's very likely during the lifetime of my daughter, we will have a computer that starts to equal or be comparable, I would say to human intelligence and eventually exceeds it."
29:01 Dorian: "Like everything we've invented, it doesn't just have a positive or a negative impact. AI is having both. It's detecting Alzheimer's 10 years before a human can do it or detecting some fantastic cancer cell on one hand, and it's promoting disinformation and craziness on the other."
33:39 Dorian: "Thinking you can control something that is eventually going to be smarter than you is like having a monkey that is super happy to have put a human in the cage."
