Not all CFOs are the same.
Ray Wilson is one of those CFOs that really gets business.
As a current CFO of a local credit union, his focus is constantly on how to serve the members better. This comes out in today's Java Chat Podcast.

Mr. Wilson is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Las Vegas Health & Fitness Chamber of Commerce, the only Chamber of its kind in the United States, with a specific influence in health, fitness, wellness, and nutrition. Among its many activities, the Chamber offers training, education, and business support and member networking services to promote the success of member businesses toward their goals. He has been involved and participated in many philanthropic activities in Southern Nevada.
Raymond Wilson, a senior banking executive, serves as the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Silver State Schools Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. He is on the Board as Secretary/Treasurer of the Silver State Schools CU People Over Profit (POP) Foundation. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Voices in Voting. Both of these organizations are charitable, 501c3, nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Wilson holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Economics; both from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH.
