Dr. Kellie Strecher is an obstetrician gynecologist based in Minnesota who started an organization called Public Health Heroes to help tell the stories of those clinicians who were lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. As she has developed the organization, she has also placed a focus on mental health, addiction, and other problems that clinicians face. Public Health Heroes is working to not only tell the stories of clinicians but also help them with burnout, depression, and addiction.
