This podcast continues my experience years ago receiving what they called the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It was during the Catholic phase of my recovery. During the sessions, they explained what I now know were the ingredients they found were necessary to bring a person to Life in the Holy Spirit. In this podcast, I take on the most difficult portion of the series. This is the prayerful renunciation of spiritual practices that hindered this new life in the Spirit. In like manner I know I am confronting accepted associations with spiritual concepts which have worked their way into the hearts of even pentecostal churches. Many of the influences are in the very teaching material of some churches.
