Stas and Lea talk about consent, working together as a couple, and touch into how fiction writing can be a practice to unwind trauma.

Nastassja (Stas) Schmiedt and A. Lea Roth are the co-founders of Spring Up, a social enterprise cultivating a culture of consent and liberty for all (timetospringup.org).

Stas & Lea have given two TEDx talks: "Cultivating a Culture of Consent" and "The Millennial Mindset Can Save the World."

The engaged couple are published in the critically acclaimed anthology "We Believe You: Survivors of Campus Sexual Assault Speak Out," appeared in the documentary "The Hunting Ground" and on stage with Lady Gaga at the 2016 Oscars.

They are the authors of Millennial Sex and Millennial Sex Education.

The two spoke about consent, creativity, and healing at the Mindful Relationships Summit in 2016, held somatic healing space at Restival Morocco in 2015, and have presented at numerous campuses across the United States since 2013.

Their writing on gender, sexuality, healing, and sexual violence has been featured on Huffington Post, Blavity, Medium, and Feministing.
