Dr. Valerius …Affectionately known as Dr. V, has worked with legends such as Chuck D, Regina King, Gwen Ifel, Jada Pinkett Smith, and many more. She is currently a professor at North Carolina A&T, the largest historically Black university in the country.
We spoke about her journey into television and film, her award-winning documentary “Souls of Black Girls” and the morning that changed her life.
