Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. He’s had the rare pleasure of performing in Quincy Jones’ living room, been invited on tour with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and signed to Fly Lo’s label Brainfeeder, which isn’t bad going for someone who’s first 2 albums were released through his Youtube channel. Our producer Jack sat down with Louis backstage before his show in London this month to talk about Louis’ latest album, ‘Time’, and his follow up EP of Live sessions recorded with his talented friends including Nate Wood and Ben Wendel from Kneebody, Jacob Mann, Sam Wilkes and Genevieve Artadi to name but a few.
