Welcome to Lunacy; where we discern the sacred from the insane and admit that whether we like it or not, we are all profoundly affected by the cycles of the moon.
On today’s episode, I talk to my good friend Nathan Carden about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. If you don't know it, this trail stretches from Mexico to Canada on the West Coast for a total of 2650 miles, and over 5 months of hiking.
Nathan takes us deep into his world of how he created his life so he could afford the time and treasure it took to achieve this monumental feat. He also takes us through the trials and tribulations of hiking the trail, including the incredible pain of hiking most of the way on very blistered feet. And he shares the secrets he learned that he knew before he went, but now so much more deeply.
