Navigating persistent emotional challenges and continuous personal struggles can is exhausting. Getting yourself to a place where you can truly feel all of your emotions is a necessity to fully process and overcome them.
Skip to the good part:
[3:18] "I've been feeling a lot of anger about my childhood and toward my parents, but I'm unsure how to deal with it. When I acknowledge the anger, I feel shame because I believe my parents did their best based on their own upbringing. This makes it hard for me to fully experience the anger, which feels scary. Any guidance would be appreciated."
[10:01] "My life feels like a series of endless challenges. While I feel proud after overcoming each one, there's always another struggle ahead. It's left me feeling exhausted. I'm curious about your thoughts on this."
