As the world evolves at an unprecedented pace, curiosity becomes an essential trait for leaders who wish to navigate these changes effectively.
We will be challenging the traditional notion that leaders must always have all the answers and instead presents curiosity as a powerful leadership strength.
We have some practical tools to help leaders harness curiosity. We are going to talk about the "Name it, Flip it, Frame it" model, which is a three-step approach that guides leaders in reframing challenges to uncover new opportunities. We are also going to look at the "Inventory of Stories" technique to break down overwhelming situations into smaller, manageable parts, fostering a more profound understanding and innovative solutions.
We believe that curiosity is one of the most important aspects of leadership and today we are sharing why.
Getting to Unstuck is a live recording with Christal Duncan, Colin Kingsmill, and Carol Vickers from Whole Human Coaching. Find out more about our work and how we help at https://wholehumancoaching.com
