Hosts and Coaches Steve Seay, Jim Urban, and Rebecca Schleifer are sitting down today for Part 2 of "Leading Change" with Daniel Warren. Daniel is the Executive Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida.
This two-part episode is all about "Leading Change". How can we LEAD CHANGE - when your organization or company needs to undertake a cultural change, a workplace change, a wellness change? Leading change is about improving how an organization feels to work at and examining if it aligns well with its mission. The real question we are asking ourselves in these moments is: How can we optimize that?
We left off in Part 1 with Daniel's take on "organizational change". Daniel is detailing his leadership development journey and discussing some key people in his life that have helped in those changes. Coach Jim also asks what some of the key reasons are that an organization might be considering a major change initiative.
Daniel points out the process that he and his team often work through.
