Feeling cheated may be one of the most universal human emotions and it is no fun! Whether it is being "short-changed" literally on a cash transaction, victimized by an unscrupulous ticket scalper with a fraudulent ticket outside your favorite sports venue, or being scammed on a larger scale through an email Phishing scheme we all must maintain daily vigilance to avoid this feeling.
