In Episode 79 we chat about a recent paper published by Keaton (Fletcher, 2024)! We discuss the prevalence and nature of child labor, laws in the United States that impact child employment, and the (lack of) I-O research focusing on children at work. Major take away is that children are working, are going to continue to be working and exposed to a range of hazards, and we need to study them.
