In this episode, Loren - our almost 19 year old -goes deeper into her types and stages of anxiety and shares a bit about her challenges faced with self harm, depression, panic attacks, rage, substance abuse and her life threatening fight with an eating disorder or E.D. - Peas up my sleeves is a serious issue with most mental health deaths by suicide stem from. She is bubbly, comical at times but shares some valuable tips for both parents as well as young adults going through what she has been through.
