In this episode, we reflect on an incredible year for The Pain Gap Podcast. Throughout 2024, we explored powerful stories at the intersection of women’s health, systemic inequities, and personal empowerment. Featuring activists, authors, healthcare professionals, and cultural changemakers, each episode challenged us to think bigger about solutions for women everywhere.

We tackled the systemic barriers in women’s healthcare, uncovered innovative solutions, and learned how personal growth and advocacy can drive meaningful change. A standout tradition this year was asking each guest, “What would you tell your younger self?” Their transformative answers offered unique perspectives, inspiring listeners to embrace growth and resilience.

As we plan for 2025, we’re committed to amplifying diverse voices, diving deeper into healthcare equity, and fostering community engagement through live events and collaborations. Thank you for joining us on this journey—your support fuels our mission to inspire change. Stay tuned for what’s to come!
