Another year has passed by, and while there was no new Metroid games released in 2024, you can't say it was a quiet year for our favorite franchise! Zero Mission made its way to NSO, rumors of the Switch 2 dominated the year, and after 7 long years, we finally saw Metroid Prime 4! We review the year that was, and look ahead to 2025 and ask questions like when will the Switch 2 release, will Metroid Prime 4 be a cross-gen title, is there any hope still for Echoes and Corruption on the Switch, and so much more!
