Join the crew this week as we are recording directly at halftime of the Philadelphia eagles versus Los Angeles Rams NFC divisional playoff game. The recovery segment is all about rock bottom. We go around and share our own personal stories how we hit rock bottom, what life was like at that time, and some of the things we did to recognize and eventually get out of our rock bottom.
