Join us this week as we sit down with Scott Campsall and Jennifer Neveu-Campsall. Shihan Campsall holds a 6th Dan in Karate, a 2nd Dan in Aikido, and a 1st Dan in Iaido. He also holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is an Instructor Trainer with On Guard International Defensive Tactics. Shihan Campsall began his martial arts journey in 1994 under Hanshi Fred Walker, and later went on to found Okami Kai in 1999, providing top-tier martial arts education in Uxbridge, Ontario. He continues to train under Hanshi Cezar Borkowski, and he also works as an Instructor Trainer for On Guard International, specializing in defensive tactics, non-physical crisis intervention, and adjustable baton instruction. Jennifer Neveu-Campsall brings high energy, positivity, and fun to every class at Okami Kai. A 3rd-degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, Jennifer teaches a wide range of classes, including fitness for adults, Ladies Only Fight Fit, and Lil’ Dragons for children ages 3-6. Her experience as a fitness instructor spans disciplines like Spin, HIIT, and Step, while also taking a strong role in Okami Kai’s karate program.
