This conversation with Tammy Cox, was raw, real, vulnerable and full of juicy nuggets for you to use in your life and relationships.

Tammy Cox is a highly skilled Trauma Healing Specialist who helps women rebuild their lives and relationships through profound emotional healing. With a core emphasis on inner child work, she guides her clients in identifying and healing the unresolved traumas that often lie at the heart of relationship challenges, enabling them to reconnect with their authentic selves and create deeper emotional intimacy with others.

Tammy's coaching approach is informed by her own transformative journey. Having faced the emotional scars of childhood wounds and their ripple effects in her adult relationships, Tammy understands firsthand the power of healing from within. She has turned her personal struggles into a source of strength and now empowers women to take control of their healing, helping them create fulfilling, loving relationships and live with greater purpose.

I love the visuals she shares when talking about how she works with her clients and tools we can use ourselves.

The biggest takeaway: Heal yourself first. Take care of your own mental and physical health and then see what unfolds for you.

If you loved this episode I would SO appreciate you sharing it with a girlfriend. And if you have a few moments, leave a 5 Star Review.
