Hello and welcome to my first podcast for the Inner Light podcast with me, Romella. I'm excited to get started and share some of the things that I use on a daily basis to support my own energy and those around me. So who am I? I'm an energy alchemist, best selling author, soul mentor, and owner of your Inner Light alchemy.
The key focus pillars of this podcast will be.
1 Self mastery, so working with self love, self worth, self care, self connection, the inner side that ripples out to everything that we do.
2 Emotions, energy in motions, looking at the power of emotions, journaling, manifesting, and how to edit these emotions and create different patterns.
3 Working with crystals and other tools, such as oils, colours, journalings and meditations. And again, how these can support the self.
4 Calling upon the Angelics, our guardians, archangels, angels, connections, support, who are here to bring support to us and that we can lean into.
5 the Akashic Records. It's my favourite place to heal because everything we have ever done, experienced, and the future possibilities is stored there. So it is just the perfect place to do any energy clearing work and activations.
And I'll be sharing some stories around my healing and also those that I work with.
