We all want to be fit and healthy. Getting started in taking regular exercise can be a difficult, particularly if you think you have to hit the gym for 2 hours or run a 5K each day.

If you haven't trained for some times this approach can lead to injury and then put you back further. In this episode I look at using your existing habits and routines to get you started, one step at a step...in some cases literally!
