It's been a while since my last episode and in this short update I share why and my plans for the future of the Midlife Reshape. The TLDR is that I am moving to a seasonal format and each season will be a themed exploration of a topic. the first one due out Mid May 2025 will be on Burnout.

Martin Whitaker is an experienced MSc level strength and conditioning coach who has worked with clients from a range of background including Team GB athletes. He is currently working on his PhD and specialises in supporting those seeking to find the exercise and nutrition mix that is right for them,
