Having occupied some of the West End's most sought after roles, David Hunter is undoubtedly one of the faces of modern theatre.

Having played the males leads in Kinky Boots, Waitress, Once and The Time Traveller's Wife, David is now taking on his own new work, having recently workshopped Stark, a one-man show.

On this episode of Call To Stage, Amber and David talk about meeting at the Olivier Awards, his journey from drawing comics to songwriting, and how he navigates his career while being an introverted parent. They also talk about David's experiences playing leading roles in the likes of Kinky Boots and Waitress.
