Summary
In this PsychTalk podcast/webcast episode, Drs. Gregory Mattingly and Lisa Harding discuss some of the complexities of mental health care: overlapping symptoms and differential diagnoses. Listeners will learn about the connections between certain psychiatric disorders and how symptom combinations may influence treatment and patient outcomes. The program will also review strategies to help with accurate diagnoses in complex patient presentations, teaching listeners how to take a thorough patient history and use that information to guide treatment decisions.
