In this episode, I’m joined by fellow sobriety coach Adriana Cloud for a real and honest conversation about what it actually looks like to rethink alcohol, especially when you don’t fit into the typical boxes of being an “alcoholic” or a “normal drinker.”

Adriana shares her journey from being a daily drinker to choosing a life without alcohol, and how it didn’t happen overnight.

We talk about the constant back-and-forth so many people experience: the deals we make with ourselves, the fear of giving up alcohol completely, and the belief that life without it would be dull or grey.
