Jen and Noam talk about tariffs some more because we’re not off that roller coaster yet, and who knows when we will be. Who has tariffs, who doesn’t, how much, and what is being subject to tariffs…well, that may all change by the time you listen to this episode.

We also talk about the brewing fight / constitutional crisis over the Kilmar Abrego-Garcia case. SCOTUS says he needs to come back, but Team Trump is pretending they can’t make that happen. This is bad, considering the Trump administration's argument that once they send someone to El Salvador, their hands are tied. There is no way that will get abused in the future.

To wrap up, we spend a little time talking about Bill Mahr’s lovely dinner with Trump and Friends, how we don’t care which Trump is the real one and which is the kayfabe, and if Mahr got played.
