54. Heart Flow = Singing Flow: Come Unstuck in the Name of Jesus!

Have you ever felt like your voice is stuck—and no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to have ease in singing anymore? What if the issue isn’t just vocal... but is at the heart-level as well?

In this episode, we explore the connection between your heart and your voice. When your heart feels guarded, hurt, or overwhelmed, it often shows up in your singing too. You can think of your voice like a thermometer for your heart - paralleling what is going on inside of us.

We need heart transformation to change the trajectory. God enables us, by His Spirit, to bring Him praise - and simple praise and thanksgiving begins to change us deep inside. Let’s journey this together!

Blessings, Sarah 🌟
