We’re a third of the way through the year—can you believe it? In today’s episode, we’re doing a gentle but powerful check-in with ourselves. Whether you set big goals in January or haven’t thought about them since, this episode will help you reconnect with what truly matters to you. We’ll explore where we’ve made progress, where we might be self-sabotaging, and how to shift with intention (not guilt).

I’ll walk you through reflection questions to help you realign with your goals, revise them if needed, and remind yourself that you are on the right path. You’ve done more than you think—and this space is here to celebrate that.

📓 All journaling questions are listed below:

  1. What have you accomplished so far this year?
  2. What are some changes that you want to see?
  3. What are a couple things that you want to manifest in your life or things that you just want to improve?
  4. Are there certain things that you've done that have exceeded your expectations? What are they?
  5. Are there certain things that you feel like maybe you're slacking in a little bit? Or things that you've kind of put on the back burner? What are those things and why do you believe you put those things on hold?
  6. Are there goals that you feel like you need to revise? Reflect on what they are and why you want to change them.
  7. What have you done this year that you’re proud of?
  8. What matters to you and what is it that you want to see change in your life?
