May 2nd: Who Then Can Be Saved? Kids Devotional | Carpooling with Jesus
Manage episode 480201169 series 3624186
Hey Carpool Crew! Pastor Justin is back with another big question people asked Jesus—this one comes straight from His disciples: “Who then can be saved?” (Matthew 19:25)
The disciples were shocked to hear that it’s hard for rich people to enter heaven. In their world, being rich meant you were already close to God. But Jesus flipped that idea upside down! Today we learn that you don’t have to be perfect, rich, or powerful—you just have to trust Jesus. It’s not about earning God’s love. He already gives it freely.
🚗 Big Idea for Kids:
You don’t have to be rich, perfect, or powerful—you just have to trust Jesus.
📖 Bible Verse of the Day:
Matthew 19:25–26 – “Who then can be saved?... With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
