In this market update you’ll see evidence of a Spring market with somewhat mixed results. That is, in this market, some homes are moving quickly while others sit for weeks or even months. Interest rates are hovering just below 7%, with small fluctuations daily. FHA and VA loans are right at 6.25%. There are opportunities out there if you are able to afford a home in this market. Some sellers are willing to negotiate and some builders are offering great interest rates or other incentives to get rid of their existing inventory.
