Do you ever feel like you are wasting time on the weekends when you could be spending them meal prepping? You might have big goals for the weekend to create a weekly menu, spend hours meal prepping, and have your entire week planned out and prepped so you are ready to tackle the week ahead. Then… the weekend comes, but you are exhausted. Instead of working on your big meal prep goals, you find distractions that help you procrastinate and it keeps you from getting things done. At the end of the weekend you are still exhausted, you have no energy, you didn’t spend time doing anything fun, and now you feel completely unprepared for the week. On top of it all, you feel guilty about it, too.
If this sounds like something you’ve gone through, I have some tips to share today that I think will help!
