Cathy is a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher appointed Laughter Ambassador in 2017 by Dr. Madan Kataria, the pioneer of Laughter Yoga. Tapping, brain gym and other healing modalities are incorporated. She helps people get out of stress and into joy. When we feel good, we do good.
