Deon Patrick was born on the west side of Chicago into a loving but challenged family. He was reared by his hardworking mother after his parents’ divorce when he was just two years old. He and his brother grew up in an environment of love, discipline, and perseverance. Deon dedicates his life to raising awareness about wrongful convictions and advocating for systemic reform.
