Today, we'll deepen our connection to our desires through meditation and the flow of intuitive writing. This practice helps uncover insights and reinforces your positive intentions. Remember to continue the practices from Days One through Five.

  • Intro and Reminder (0:00 - 1:00): Welcome to Day Six. Strong encouragement for new listeners to start with Day One and understand the Dandelion Path.
  • Acknowledging Progress and Sharing (1:00 - 3:30): Acknowledging the progress of Day Six participants and encouraging the sharing of signs and insights from Day Five within the Invincible Us community and with the host. Emphasizing the power of collective manifestation and sharing successes.
  • The Power of Community and Shared Intention (3:30 - 5:00): Discussing the impact of mastermind groups and shared intentions on manifesting desires. Reinforcing the idea that sharing empowers others.
  • Day Six: Meditation and Flow (5:00 - 6:00): Introducing the focus of Day Six: deepening connection through meditation and intuitive writing (flow).
  • Meditation and Affirmation Repetition (6:00 - 8:00): Guidance on setting aside 5-10 minutes (or more) for meditation, preferably at the start of the day. Instructions to gently repeat the Day Two affirmation in your mind. Reinforcing the importance of repetition throughout the Dandelion Path.
  • Intuitive Writing (Flow) After Meditation (8:00 - 10:30): Instructions to immediately write down any thoughts, words, phrases, pictures, or feelings that arise after meditation without censoring. Emphasizing the importance of capturing insights, doubts, fears, and new ideas. Continuing to write until the flow stops.
  • Anchoring with Affirmation (10:30 - 12:00): Guidance on concluding the writing session by saying or writing the Day Two affirmation again (out loud or written). Then, writing the affirmation seven times in your journal to close the thought cycle.
  • Benefits of the Practice (12:00 - 12:30): Highlighting that this practice helps uncover insights and reinforces positive intentions.
  • Free Downloadable Journal Reminder (12:30 - 14:00): Reminder about the free Dandelion Path downloadable journal available for those who prefer a written guide.
