Retreat, now in its 9th year and returning to Tampa, Florida—an
empowering weekend where women shed roles, reconnect with
themselves, and say YES to what matters.
Through her retreats, podcast, and coaching programs, Pearl helps women
reclaim their identity beyond responsibilities. Inspired by her husband
Chuck of 40 years, her son Nate, and her forever-25 son Matt, she reminds
women everywhere: You are allowed to choose you.
Kourtney Coleman is a Certified Trauma-Informed Mental Health Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, 5x Author, Podcaster, and dedicated Mental Health Advocate.
She calls herself “your bridge of support between provider appointments.” She specializes in helping clients navigate their healing journeys through solution-focused coaching, radical acceptance, self-compassion, and practical tools for transformation.
