The Zodiac Club attempts to sneak into the sewers beneath the city of Lylithia to locate the bandits’ hideout, destroy the Emotioninator, and stop Dr. Hilliard from taking over the world. But on their way down, they stumble upon an elf in a bottle, the crime organization’s intern, Gerbert von Fizzlebank, and a set of strange papers. They soon realize something much more serious is going on… Tax evasion!
