The Old Czech Hall in Dresden is set to host the town's very first blues festival on Saturday, June 28, bringing an exciting lineup of musical talent to the stage. Local favorites Sterling Blues Band and the Heartless Saints will kick off the event, setting the tone for a night of soulful, energetic performances. The evening's headliner, Fog Blues and Brass, promises to deliver an electrifying show with their eight-piece band, saxophones wailing and energy running high. Hailing from Kitchener-Waterloo, the group is known for bringing a powerful sound that is sure to leave the crowd wanting more. Festival-goers will have plenty to enjoy beyond the music, with food available from the beloved Hawg Wagon. Specializing in ribs, brisket and all things melt-in-your-mouth delicious, the local food truck will be serving up hearty meals to keep attendees fueled throughout the evening. This indoor event is a cash bar only affair, and guests must be 19-years or older to attend. Tickets are available for $40, with doors opening at 4 p.m. and live music kicking off at 5 p.m. For those looking to secure their spot (tables can also be reserved) in advance.
