Healing doesn’t end when the breakthrough moment happens—true transformation is sealed through Replay. In this episode, we unpack the powerful practice of Replay (also known as meta-processing), a vital part of the NICC process that helps the brain lock in healing and grow new, healthier neural pathways.

We’ll also explore the role of Anchoring, which helps participants carry the healing with them beyond the session. Whether it’s a word, phrase, image, or physical object, an anchor lights up the new pathways that were formed—reinforcing and deepening the healing long after the session ends.

Join us as we discuss:

  • Why Replay is critical for emotional integration and relational trust
  • How anchoring helps “SNAG” (Stimulate Neural Activation and Growth) your brain for positive transformation
  • Creative ways to choose meaningful anchors that reinforce healing
  • How to use Replay moments to repair, reconnect, and reinforce truth

Replay gives participants a chance to slow down, reflect on what just happened, and name their experience—making the invisible healing work visible and real. It’s also a moment to reconnect relationally, strengthen trust, and even repair any moments of disconnect during the process.
