As two women in ministry who love the Lord, we felt it was important to open up about what this journey really looks like. Our hope is that this conversation shines a little light 🌸 on what mental health challenges can look like in the lives of your friends or loved ones—and how you can love them well. 💕
And if you’re the one struggling right now, we want you to know this: you are not alone. 🫶 Jesus is with you, and we’re cheering you on too.
