WRS' Katt Cullen sits down with Damien O'Brien, Founder of The Coffee Foundation - a unique brand that uses coffee as a "Trojan horse" to open up conversations around mental health. This week they'll be at World of Coffee in Palexpo, breaking the stigma around mental health, one conversation over a cup of coffee at a time.

Since their last appearance on the Breakfast Show in 2024, the Foundation has made huge strides, raising vital funds for local suicide prevention and mental health support charities.

Whether you're struggling yourself or worried about someone else, they offer accessible, thoughtful resources that guide you through how, when, and why to open up.

So, if you can spare the time - take five, grab a coffee, have a chat, and help break the silence around mental health.
